What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we save:

• your email address,
• your baby’s age range, if you choose one (for example “3–6 months”), and
• when you signed up.

That’s all. We don’t ask for your name or your baby’s name or birthday. The site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.

Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs of visits (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) to run the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

• To email you when Cuecoo is ready to try. We’ll keep emails rare and every one will let you unsubscribe.
• To invite some families to test Cuecoo before launch. Your baby’s age range helps us choose testers whose babies are at the stages we’re testing.
• To count signups, so we know whether to keep building.

We don’t sell, rent or share your information with advertisers or anyone else.

Who handles it for us

Two services store or process the data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms:

• Supabase stores the waitlist in a database in the United States.
• Vercel hosts the website.

If we start using an email service to send launch news, we’ll add it here.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for Cuecoo’s launch and testing, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Email hello@cuecoo.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll reply within 30 days, usually much sooner. You can also unsubscribe from any email we send.

Children

This site is for parents and caregivers. We don’t knowingly collect information from children, and the age range you can share about your baby isn’t enough to identify them.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top, and we’ll email you first about any change in how we use your email. Questions? Write to hello@cuecoo.com.
